ILS Training Academy is designed to help agents and agencies learn about whole life insurance with a specific focus on the cash value. Then, once they take in that knowledge, the program teaches them how to communicate it effectively. There are topics on the life insurance industry and its products, different insurance companies, marketing, prospecting, innovation, and more! 

If you are an ILS Training Academy subscriber, we can help you get set up with high-commission brokering contracts with our Mass Mutual and Guardian agencies. Doing this will allow you to place business with the companies and have access to their design software.
Once we have your information, we will send an email to our company contacts with the request. For Guardian, you will receive an email with links that will take you to their online broker application. For Mass Mutual, you will need to complete PDFs and return them to our contact. Your applications will go through processing, and once approved, you will be notified via email from the company. You can now begin to submit business.

If you do not live locally, being subscribed to ILS Training Academy is how you can receive some support from our team. When you are an active subscriber, you will have access to weekly Mastermind streams with Steve Parisi. During these streams, you can ask questions about cases, our training, Steve’s background, etc. You can also submit questions to ils@ibcglobalinc.com before the live streams. Subscribers will also have the option to submit policy design requests to our team.
